ASTM A182 F1 is a forging material specification for F1 grade alloy steel and is used for manufacturing bare forgings or forged and machined products for applications involving high temperature service. ASTM A182 specification such as chemical composition, mechanical properties, heat treatment and other supplementary requirements for F1 alloy steel forgings and forged products is required.
